At Kalihi's Beads, we aim to get your handcrafted jewelry to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what to expect with your order:

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any potential delays with postal services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We strive to keep shipping rates reasonable to ensure you receive your items promptly and affordably.

International Shipping
At this time, Kalihi’s Beads only ships within the UK. We hope to expand our services in the future to include international shipping.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kalihi’s Beads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at

Delays and Issues
While we strive to deliver your items within the estimated time frame, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at info@kalihisbeads.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in tracking your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kalihi’s Beads, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you were looking for, or you may have a change of heart. We offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different colour or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hardimankalihi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
